Refund & Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality of the products we create.
If you are not satisfied with the product delivered, we will definitely try and fix things for you.
We have both exchanges and return bonuses in our store( credit store )

1. Raise request

Returns/exchange request needs to be claimed within 7 days of the delivery of the ordered product.

2. Reverse pickup or self courier

A. REVERSE PICKUP
We provide reverse pick up only at selected pin codes.
In this case, the parcel reaches back to us within 10-15 days owing to courier company policy.
In case reverse pick-up is not done for any reason within 7 days of raising request (owing to courier company delay or any other reason) please email us at [email protected]

B. SELF-COURIER
In case reverse pick up is not valid at your pin code, customers can self-ship the items to SKON.IN.

Also, in case you wish to choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the request is raised.
In this case, an amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a credit in the wallet which can be availed on your next purchase.

Please ensure below when couriering :
1.Ensure your order number, name, and phone number are clearly mentioned on the parcel.
2.Ensure the parcel is shipped to us within 3 days of raising concern and tracking ID is shared with us.
3.Please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information), as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in the entire transition process. The parcel will be subdued to your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

3. Refund Policy

We only provide Store Credit against the returned item/s. The provided Store credit will be only valid for your next purchase for any other product available on the website. Store credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return and after fulfilling all the return conditions.
a.How does customer receive credit in case of a successful return?
After the goods have been received at our warehouse and thoroughly checked, a ‘store credit’ is usually issued within 24-48 hours

b.What is a ‘store credit’?

Store credit is “just like cash” and is securely stored in your TDM account or issued to you as a special coupon or gift card via mail.

The store credit has an expiry of 1 year from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase without confrontation to any prior action.

. Return Policy

A. EXCHANGE : Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up or self-courier and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the exchange product requested by the customer will be sent out. The customer can also opt for a store credit to utilize for purchase.

Note:Exchange is allowed only three times per order, refund won’t be entertained on any exchanged goods.

B. All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted and shipping charges shall be non-refundable.

C. In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot at  [email protected]
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Skon’s products are handcrafted and made-to-order, hence the cancellation of orders once order processing has been started makes it challenging. Hence, cancellation of orders is permitted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
